Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • Settings This material has not previously been published, nor has it been submitted for review or publication in another journal (or explained in the Editor's Notes).
  • Preferences The material file is presented in the OpenOffice document format, Microsoft Word or RTF.
  • Full internet addresses (URLs) are provided for links where applicable.
  • The text is typed with single line spacing; the size of the font is 12 points; italics are used for emphasis, not underlines (except for URLs); all illustrations, graphs and tables are located in the appropriate places in the text, and not at the end of the document.
  • The text meets the stylistic and bibliographic requirements described in the Guide for Authors, which can be found on the About the Journal page.

Author Guidelines

Instructions for Authors includes recommended Author Guidelines regarding paper formatting, including text formatting standards and bibliographic references, along with reference formatting examples that are often found in submissions.

  1. The content should correspond to the profile of the journal.
  2. The minimum length of an article is 20,000 characters. The maximum volume is not limited.
  3. The article should contain IMRAD (Introduction, Methods, Results, and Discussion) sections:

Introduction - introduction

Materials and Methods (Theoretical basis).

Results.

Abstract.

Discussion.

References.

If necessary, you can add Acknowledgments - thanks.

In articles devoted to theoretical research, the Methods section can be replaced with Theoretical Basis.

  1. The article must have codes: UDC, BBK, JEL.
  1. Each article should contain the output data:
  • title;
  • Full name of the author / authors,
  • information about the author / authors, including: position, place of work or study, address of the place of work (zip code, street, house, building, city, country), E-mail.
  • Russian abstract of the manuscript content should be 1800-2500 characters with spaces;
  • the English abstract must be at least 2000 characters long with spaces;
  • keywords (5-10);
  • bibliographic list.
  • The text of the article must contain a translation of all of the above output data into English.
  1. At the end of the article, there must be a list of used literature.

Annotation requirements:

The abstract should disclose the main content of the article and the results of the work, not contain general phrases, references to used literature, etc.

The content of the abstract includes a brief description of research methods and a description of the main results achieved.

The abstract is a single paragraph, not divided into subsections.

The style of writing the annotation is clear, that is, the annotation should explain the main content of the article.

The English annotation must be written in literate English in a scientific manner.

Instructions for compiling a bibliography:

  • All sources should be cited in the text of the article.
  • The list of references should contain at least 80% of foreign sources.
  • The bibliography should include at least five sources.
  • The list is drawn up in Russian and English (for literature in Russian - transliteration).
  • References to literature and sources are given directly in the text in the form of an index in square brackets with the obligatory indication of the source pages. An alphabetical list of indexes with their corresponding bibliographic descriptions is given after the main text. All bibliographic descriptions must be given in their original spelling.
  • The list of references is drawn up in accordance with GOST 7.1 - 2003.

The bibliography does not include sources that cannot be indexed in citation databases. They are given page footnotes in the text of the article. These include:

  • regulatory and legislative acts (decrees, laws, instructions, etc.);
  • dictionaries, encyclopedias and other reference books;
  • reports, reports, notes, reports, protocols, etc.;
  • links to Internet sites;
  • textbooks, teaching aids and abstracts of conferences. Conference papers can only be included in the bibliography if they are available and found by search engines on the Internet. In this case, the URL and date of access must be indicated.

Requirements for the text of the publication:

  • A4 page format.
  • Margins: 2 cm - from all sides. All objects (tables, diagrams, figures, formulas, graphs) should not protrude beyond the margins.
  • Orientation is bookish.
  • Font - Times New Roman, color - black, font size - 12 pt.
  • Line spacing is single.
  • The indentation of the first line of each paragraph is 1.25 cm.
  • The text should be in the same style.
  • Abbreviations of words and phrases are not allowed in the document, with the exception of those established by GOST 7.12-77.
  • A list of references is required.

The graphics are designed strictly according to the text.

Figures and tables should be numbered with their title and source in English. The description is used under the description, for example:

Rice. 1. / Fig. 1. Signature in Russian / Signature in Russian

Source / Source: in Russian / in Russian.

Figure captions:

  • Font - Times New Roman, italic, color - black, font size - 12 pt.
  • Line spacing is single.
  • Alignment is centered.

Requirements for formulas:

  • All formulas must be created in the formula editor of the Word program or in the form of clear pictures.
  • Formulas are located on separate lines, numbered with sequential numbering in Arabic numerals, which are indicated at the formula level on the right in parentheses. Under the formula, the decoding of symbols and numerical coefficients is given, if they have not been explained earlier in the text. The first line of the decryption begins with the word "where" without a colon after it. There must be at least one free line above and below each formula.
  • Formulas can be numbered within the section of the article. In this case, the formula number consists of the chapter number and the ordinal number of the formula, separated by a dot.
  • The transfer of formulas is allowed on mathematical signs that are repeated at the beginning and at the end of the transfer.

Requirements for the design of tables:

  • It is allowed to use 10 pt to 14 pt font in the table.
  • Tables should be numbered with Arabic numerals.
  • The word "table" in the text is printed in abbreviated form ("table"), and above the table - in full.
  • If a part of the table is transferred to another page, then in the left corner above the “header” of the table is written “Continuation of the table” and its number. The table header (if any) is not repeated.

Peer review

The peer review procedure model is double blind review.

Information on the estimated timing of the processing of manuscripts

The average time for an initial assessment of manuscripts is 20 days.

The average time for reviewing manuscripts is 40 days.

The average time to publish an article is 60 days.
