Multimodal transport and logistics centers as strategic points of growth of the Russian economy. (Part 2)
Abstract
The article gives the concept of a multimodal transport and logistics center, substantiates its organizational and functional structure, analyzes the mission, strategic goals and objectives of the multimodal transport and logistics center, its participants and partners, considers inter-organizational coordination and integration into the multimodal transport and logistics center using system logistics integrators – 4PL -providers, much attention is paid to the cluster approach to the management of the functioning and development of logistics infrastructure, the study of theoretical aspects and organizational and economic prerequisites for the formation of transport and logistics clusters on the territory of Russia.
