State of the project approach in educational institutions of the Russian Federation

Abstract

The article discusses the development and implementation of project-based learning in Russian educational institutions. Particular attention is paid to the analysis of challenges and changes associated with the integration of the second generation Federal State Educational Standards (FSES) and the application of the project method in educational practice. The advantages and disadvantages of the project approach are explored, including the development of critical thinking skills, teamwork and the application of theoretical knowledge in practical activities. Key challenges such as inadequate staff training, limited resources and poor student motivation are also highlighted. A conclusion is drawn regarding the current state of project activities in educational institutions.
