The main types and characteristics of management styles in the organization
Abstract
The article presents classifications of management styles. Each management style is considered in detail. The pros and cons of the main types of management are revealed. Management methods and models are presented. It is determined that the classification of management styles in an enterprise is a key element of successful personnel management and achievement of set goals. This topic discusses various approaches to defining and classifying leadership styles, such as autocratic, democratic, liberal, transformational, and others. It is determined that each management style has its own characteristics, advantages and disadvantages, and understanding their differences allows you to choose the most appropriate style depending on the specific situation in the enterprise. It is concluded that the study and understanding of various management styles in an enterprise helps managers to interact effectively with employees, build trusting relationships and achieve common goals of the company.
