Development of the electric transport industry in Kyrgyzstan: problems, trends and promising areas
Abstract
Nowadays, in the context of globalization and rapid technological development, electric vehicles are becoming an important element of sustainable and reliable transport. However, there are serious barriers to the mass introduction of electric transport, including the dominance of internal combustion engine (ICE) vehicles and the lack of infrastructure. This article examines the prospects of the electric transport industry in Kyrgyzstan, and also analyzes government support measures and existing challenges. This work focuses on environmental issues, economic efficiency and the need for comprehensive modernization of transport and energy systems.
