Analysis and prospects for the development of the Arctic zone of the Russian Federation
Abstract
The article defines that one of the key components of the region's efficiency is the human resource potential. The paper concludes that. The lack of an effective system of personnel training, the imbalance between the demand and the supply of labor resources in the territorial and professional areas of the top of the social and economic development of the regions, which in the conditions of global competition in the m acroregion can have negative consequences for us.
