State policy in the field of development of «smart» technologies in Russia
Abstract
The article reveals the issues of state policy in the field of development of «smart» technologies in the regions of Russia. The purpose of the study is to develop measures to improve the state regional policy in the field of development of «smart» technologies. Regardless of the choice of the strategy of innovative development of the region, public policy should be aimed at effectiveness, requiring a complete reorganization, change of tools, methods and approaches of public administration.
